Return Policy
Digital Products
All Nexissneaker products are digital design files delivered by download. Because a file cannot be physically returned once it has been delivered, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges after a successful download. Nothing is shipped, so there is no physical return process.
When We Will Make It Right
We will gladly help, with a replacement file or a refund, if:
- the file is corrupted or will not open despite compatible software;
- the file is materially different from its description on the product page;
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- you did not receive your download link and we are unable to resend it.
How to Request Help
Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a short description of the problem (screenshots help). We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several days to appear on your statement.
Not Eligible
Refunds are not available if you simply changed your mind after downloading, bought the wrong file, or lack software compatible with the listed format. Please review the product description before buying.
